About Me

I’m an ICF Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a Master’s degree in Health Management and I have been helping various individuals deal with challenging circumstances in their lives. Having a background in psychology and a passion for coaching, I can help you succeed in numerous areas including stress management, weight management, self-esteem issues, lifestyle change for chronic diseases, as well as achieving optimum work-life balance.

Health and Wellness has emerged as a new concept derived from a critical need to focus on prevention of a disease rather than the treatment. With rising healthcare costs around the world, it has become imperative to change one’s lifestyle by embracing wellness. This effectively means living life with high levels of self-acceptance, awareness, connectedness, and purpose by setting new goals, creating positive habits and achieving great results. Enhancing one’s life is a process that focuses on healthy and sustainable behaviour change.

I have been working in healthcare since 2006 in various capacities including as a psychologist and I’m always undergoing further training to provide the best advice and guidance to my clients. My imperative is to be an ally and not an ‘expert’ and to assist my clients with their challenges resulting in desired favourable outcomes. I’m flexible, empathetic and aim to make my clients comfortable enough so they can be completely open with me.

My sessions are either one-on-one session in Athens or London and I’m also available for consultation online. I offer discounts on packages booked that are three months or over.   • 2020-2021: Mental Health Specialist for Olympiacos BC for CSR Program One Team and Basketball Academies. Face to face and online workshops
  • 2020: Volunteer for the Euro Mediterranean Institute for Quality and Safety in Heath Services offering psychological support to healthcare professionals during Covid-19 via online sessions and chat
  • 2018-2020: Health Coaching Volunteer for Diabetes UK
  • 2009-2011: Psychologist at Private Practice and collaboration with a range of specialties including dietician, speech and language therapist, paediatrician, GP, psychiatrist and gynaecologist
